Business conditions of Panství Bechyně s.r.o.

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "conditions") govern the relations arising between the provider and the client when ordering and providing rental space and organizing one-time events in the provider's premises in Bechyně or Černická obora.


Obligations of the provider of the premises

After an informal order or an interest in the event on the part of the customer, the customer agrees with the provider on the scope of services provided and receives a price offer from the provider.

After the deposit has been paid, the provider of the premises undertakes to reserve the selected premises within the specified period exclusively for the client.


Deposits and cancellations

A binding reservation of pre-agreed services, including the space provided, occurs upon payment of a non-refundable 1st deposit of CZK 20,000. In the case of holding only the wedding ceremony, the non-refundable deposit is CZK 2,000. Payment of this deposit means crediting the amount in question to the service provider's account. After paying the non-refundable deposit, the Provider and the Client will immediately proceed to sign their own contract for the provision of premises and services for the event.

If this contract is not signed through the fault of the customer within 14 days of payment of the deposit, it is considered that the customer has withdrawn from his intention to carry out the event on the premises of the provider. In this case, the non-refundable deposit as a contractual penalty will accrue to the service provider, who is entitled to keep it without further administrative or financial steps.

The 2nd deposit must be paid at least one month before the date of the event agreed in the contract.

The amount of the second deposit, which will be paid at least 30 days before the wedding, including a previously paid deposit of CZK 20,000 or CZK 2,000, is 90% of the preliminary budget for the price of the space provided or other required and agreed services. The remaining 10% of the price according to the preliminary budget will be paid no later than 14 days after the date of the event. The client can pay the entire preliminary budget in one payment within 30 days before the event.

If the event is canceled (withdrawal from the contract for the provision of premises and services for the event) three months before the event, the cancellation fee is a non-refundable deposit (CZK 20,000 or CZK 2,000 - see above), with a shorter withdrawal period than three months the cancellation fee is 90% of the preliminary budget.

The customer agrees that this cancellation fee will be retained by the service provider without further administrative action.

The payments provided by the customer will be returned and the right to keep the cancellation of the payment will not be exercised by the provider in serious cases on the part of the customer, which are considered - sudden serious illness, death in the family, or other situations caused by force majeure. The provided payments will be returned in full by the service provider, if due to force majeure or fault on his part, it will not be possible to implement the concluded contract.

Accommodation services beyond the rental of specified premises are subject to accommodation conditions, ie: The reservation of the stay is confirmed by payment of 50% of the total price of the stay. Surcharge

The final settlement of the event in the amount of the pre-agreed budget and, if applicable, the amount compensating for the damage caused will take place immediately after the event, but no later than 14 days from the date of the event. The surcharge is payable according to the due date on the final invoice. In the event of non-compliance with the due date, interest on late payment will be charged from the 1st day following the due date stated on the invoice. (The interest rate on arrears is set by law in accordance with Government Decree 142/1994 Coll., As amended by Government Decree No. 180/2013 Coll., And published on the CNB's website).


Rental period of the premises

Černický zámeček: The rental price includes 24 hours of free use of the indoor and outdoor areas. The handover of the premises after the event will take place no later than 12:00 pm. For preparations, the rental price includes the day before the event, from 8:00 a.m., to 8:00 p.m.. Each additional hour of preparation will be charged pro rata to the rental price.  

Bechyně Castle: The rental price includes free use of the interior and exterior of the castle from 8:00 a.m. on the day of the event until 3:00 a.m.the next mornig. Handover of the premises after the event will take place no later than 12:00 p.m.. For preparations, the rental price includes the day before the event, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.. Each additional hour of preparation will be charged pro rata to the rental price.


Entrance to the castle grounds

During an event, only two cars are allowed to enter either the castle park Bechyne, or park in front of the Cernice chateau. For all other guests we provide a limited free parking lot in front of the main gate of the castle or directly in front of the pension Černická obora, which is only two hundred meters from chateau Černice. All technical cars and suppliers are allowed to park in designated parking spaces only!


Photography

Photography is completely free in the rented premises, it is also possible outside the rented premises, after a mutual agreement between the client and the provider.

Foreign wedding companies that have no rental agreement can obtain permission to take photographs in the castle or castle park upon prior agreement, at least 7 days in advance, and a payment of CZK 5,000 excluding VAT. Please contact: koordinator@resort-bechyne.cz 


Catering

Catering is possible in the rented premises, all in agreement with the provider. In the event that it will be necessary to draw energy on site for cooking or cooking food, when the catering company does not have its own power supply or does not bring already cooked food to the site and it will be necessary to connect appliances or grill, a fee of 5,000 excl. VAT, which is intended to cover costs such as increased energy consumption, depreciation of equipment, preparation and cleaning of technical facilities before and after the event. This fee is not charged if the supplier of refreshments does not use any facilities or energy of the Bechyně Estate, ie that it will have its own power supply, refrigerated trucks, that it will only deliver food on the spot, and not even connect coffee makers, refrigerators, kettles, lights, heat lamps and the like small and large appliances.


Safety and liability of the customer for damages

Smoking and carrying or storing weapons are prohibited in all areas.

For safety reasons, children under the age of ten may not remain in the premises of the Bechyně Estate without the supervision of an adult. Any legal damage caused to children is the full responsibility of their legal representative. The customers hereby undertake to pay for any damages incurred in full. This claim also applies to damage that is discovered only after the customer has left.


Commission

Panství Bechyně s.r.o. provides third parties with commissions for mediation in the maximum amount of 8% of the total amount, and only from the lease of premises or accommodation. Further arrangements between the two parties must be set out in the relevant contract or agreement.

Panství Bechyně s.r.o. an agreement or commission agreement belonging to the Bechyně Estate s.r.o. is concluded with the sub-supplier, according to an individual agreement.


GDPR

The company Panství Bechyně s.r.o. Zámek 1 391 65 Bechyně IČO: 28086571 (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”) processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data) (hereinafter referred to as “ GDPR ”) and other legislation. The Administrator processes data obtained primarily from the data subject and also data obtained from third parties (eg travel agencies, online portals, etc.), which are entitled to share the data with the Administrator, when the Administrator processes data from third parties only to the extent necessary for the performance of contracts or legal obligations within the meaning of the following. Personal data in the range of data name, surname, date of arrival, date of departure, telephone number, e-mail address, address of permanent residence and date of birth may be processed for the purpose of concluding and fulfilling an accommodation contract or similar contract (hereinafter "contract") and for the purpose of exercising the Administrator's rights under the contract. Personal data in the range of data name, surname, date of arrival, date of departure, address of permanent residence, purpose of stay, number of ID card or travel document (passport) may be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the obligations of the Administrator imposed by Act No. 565/1990 Coll. , on local fees, as amended. Personal data in the range of data name, surname, date of arrival, date of departure, address of permanent residence, date of birth, number of travel document (passport), citizenship, visa number and purpose of stay may be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the Administrator's obligations under Act no. 326/1999 Coll., On the stay of foreigners in the territory of the Czech Republic and on the amendment of certain acts as amended.

The provider will process personal data manually and automatically directly through its authorized employees and also through processors authorized by the hotel on the basis of personal data processing agreements. The guest has the right to access, correct or delete their personal data processed by the hotel, or to limit the processing, and the right to object to the processing. The guest also has the right to obtain from the hotel personal data concerning the guest and data provided to the hotel. Upon written request from the guest, the hotel will provide the information without undue delay. This right does not apply to personal data that is not processed automatically. If the guest believes that his / her personal data has been processed unauthorisedly, he / she may file a complaint with the supervisory body, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection for the territory of the Czech Republic (www.uoou.cz).
